DIY & OTTD: I Made a Sleeveless Shirt!

Well, maybe I cheated a little by cutting the sleeves of a shirt that I bought from Target. But you get the point.

Remove the sleeves. If you are altering the shirt because it has tears or holes in the stitching already, you may like to unpick the sleeve completely. If the stitching is still intact, just cut the sleeve off about 1cm from the seam.

Thread your needle. Er, maybe not with that much thread though...Then it is time to fold the rough edge of the armhole under and start stitching to make a new tidy edge. A sewing machine may make this easier for some but I preferred to hand-sew mine.

Eat some watermelon. It helps.
