3 Ethical Australian Fashion Labels

Today I wanted to feature a few ethical Australian labels that I have discovered. Their pieces are created with concern for the environment and the individuals who manufacture them. This clearly places them at a higher price point than the chain store items I usually include in my posts, but their superior quality makes them smart investments.

I personally believe that sustainable style means spending your money wisely on items that are crafted with a conscience and will remain in your wardrobe for years. And you don't necessarily have to earn a lot to invest in some quality clothing, if you normally buy inexpensive items regularly, try saving that money to purchase one thing that you will really love. So go on - spoil yourself and help make the world a better place at the same time.

Kahlo's pieces are incredibly well-designed and manage to be simultaneously striking and wearable. The clothing is made in Australia from luxury materials including Italian wool.

This high-quality Australian-made denim label is accredited by Ethical Clothing Australia. Here you will find more than just lovingly crafted jeans, with shorts, skirts and tees available for men and women.

Here is one for the boys: menswear label Elsom is all about creating designer-quality clothing from organic textiles. Here are a few items that I would actually wear myself!
